A Bittensor Drone-Autonomy Subnet Just Posted a 95.34% Score on Its Own Benchmark
Swarm's SOTApilot model claims a new state-of-the-art result for AI drone navigation — worth reading with one important asterisk attached.

Swarm announced a new open-source result for AI drone autonomy: its SOTApilot model scored 95.34% success on the subnet's own public benchmark — a 1,000-seed test of general UAV navigation across six procedural environments. The subnet says the benchmark has drawn more than 400 submissions and produced 25 top-model improvements since launch.
The asterisk worth keeping in view: it's a subnet-run benchmark, judged by the subnet's own validators. 95.34% is an internal leaderboard result, not a number verified by an outside party. That doesn't make it meaningless — a benchmark that's drawn 400+ submissions has real competitive pressure behind it — but it's a different kind of claim than a third-party-audited one.
